Create personas based on survey data to intimately understand Mother’s Day gifting and purchases. Through this user-centric thought process, we were able to design and re-sequence website flows to increase cart value and customer lifetime value.

Usability Flows - Personalization

A consistent user feedback theme throughout customer research pointed at customers not understanding the check-out flow. Initially, this was a design & engineering compromise in a haste to release the first iteration. This was detrimental to our take rate and re-sequenced the flow.
